1. Who is responsible

2. Presentation requests

When you submit the form, we receive your name, work email, company, any agent or message you choose to include, the page or scenario that led to your request, and the selected language. Name, work email and company are required so we can respond and prepare a relevant conversation. Optional fields can be left empty. The request is sent to the Agentiqal team at contact@itperspectives.ro through Microsoft Azure and SendGrid. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

3. Chatbot and technical operation

The chatbot loads when you visit the website and displays a greeting in the selected language. If you use it, the questions and other information you send are processed by the configured Agentiqal chat service and its supporting AI services to provide a response. Hosting and chat services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, connection times and security logs. Please keep confidential or sensitive information out of website conversations.

4. Browser storage and optional analytics

The website stores your theme and analytics preference in your browser. Fictional story choices are stored for the browser-tab session so you can leave and resume an example or switch language. These choices do not contain real customer records.

Optional analytics is disabled until you enable it in “Analytics preferences” in the footer. When enabled and configured, Microsoft Application Insights receives events about scene entry, example choices, story progression, video use, presentation-request confirmation and website performance. Form field contents and chatbot messages are not included in these analytics events. You can disable future optional analytics from the same control at any time. Essential website and chatbot operation continue independently of this preference.

5. Why we process information

We use presentation-request and correspondence details to respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant services. Depending on the relationship, this supports steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Technical processing supports our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website and chatbot. Optional analytics relies on your consent. Information may also be retained or disclosed where required by law.

6. Access, service providers and transfers

Information is available to team members handling the request and to service providers needed for email delivery, hosting, the configured chatbot and optional analytics. Providers may process data in different locations. You can request details of the applicable providers, processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards from dpo@itperspectives.ro.

7. How long information is kept

Presentation correspondence is kept for handling your enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, with further retention where legal obligations or the handling of legal claims require it. Technical logs, chatbot history and optional analytics follow the retention settings of the relevant services. Ask our data-protection contact for the period applicable to your information. Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear browser storage; fictional story state is kept for the browser-tab session.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact dpo@itperspectives.ro to exercise your rights. You may also complain to Romania’s supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro, or to the competent authority in your country. The website’s fictional scenarios do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
